4. Reservation Process
4.1 How to Book
Guests may book a reservation at Clever Chachi through the following methods:
- Website: Use our online booking tool on the Clever Chachi site.
- Phone: Call us during business hours at our Castle Hill location.
- Email: Send a reservation request by email.
- Third-Party Platform: Book via trusted partners (if applicable).
To help us serve you best, please provide:
- Full name
- Contact number
- Email address
- Reservation date and time
- Number of guests
- Any special requests or dietary needs
4.2 Confirmation
Reservations are subject to availability. Once processed, you’ll receive confirmation via email or SMS—typically within 24 hours. If you don’t receive confirmation, please contact us directly.
4.3 Modifications
Need to change your reservation? Just let us know at least 24 hours before your scheduled time—via the same method you used initially. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes (e.g., guest count, timing, special requirements) based on availability.
4.4 Cancellations
To cancel your booking, notify us as soon as possible—24 hours in advance if you can. Cancellations may be processed through our website, by phone, or via email.
5. Types of Reservations
5.1 Standard Reservations
For up to 6 guests—bookable via all methods listed above.
5.2 Group Reservations
For parties of 7 or more. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and arrangements. A refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
5.3 Special Event Reservations
Planning something special—a birthday, anniversary, or corporate event? Reach out to us for tailored arrangements, customized menus, and deposit information.
6. Payment and Deposit Policies
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept:

- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx)
- Online payments (e.g. PayPal, Stripe)
6.2 Deposit Policy
Group and special event bookings may require a deposit (amount based on the estimated bill). Deposits are refundable if canceled within the designated notice period—details provided when booking.
7. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy
7.1 No-Show
If you do not show up without informing us, a no-show fee may apply—or the deposit may be forfeited.
7.2 Late Arrival
Please arrive on time. We hold reservations for a grace period of 15 minutes. After that, your table may be offered to another guest, and dining time might be shortened.

We’re committed to making your visit exceptional. Let us know in advance if you require:
